A: Absolutely! We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your information. Your payment details are processed through secure, PCI-compliant gateways. 

Q: Do I need to create an account to order?

A: No, you can checkout as a guest! However, creating an account makes future orders faster and lets you track your order history. 

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? 

A: If you need to change or cancel your order, email us at admin@freelanty.com immediately. If we haven't shipped it yet, we'll do our best to help!

Q: Is shipping really free?

A: Yes! Free UK delivery on every order, no minimum spend required. 

Q: How long does delivery take? 

A: Standard UK delivery takes 3-5 business days. Need it faster? Upgrade to Express Delivery (1-2 days) for £4.99 at checkout. 

Q: Do you ship internationally? 

A: Not yet, but we're working on it! Currently, we ship within the UK only. 

Q: How do I track my order? 

A: You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. Click the link to track your package in real-time! 

Q: What if my order doesn't arrive? 

A: Contact us immediately at admin@freelanty.com and we'll investigate. If your order is lost, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund. 

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Q: What's your return policy? 

A: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Not happy? Return it for a full refund, no questions asked! 

Q: How do I return an item? 

A: Email admin@freelanty.com with your order number, and we'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions. 

Q: How long does it take to get my refund? 

A: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. You'll get an email confirmation! 

Q: Can I exchange an item? 

A: Absolutely! Email us at admin@freelanty.com and we'll arrange an exchange. We'll even cover return shipping! 

Q: What if my item arrives damaged? 

A: We're so sorry! Email us right away with photos, and we'll send a replacement immediately (or refund you – your choice!).

A: Our support team is available Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM GMT. We respond to weekend emails on the next business day. 

Q: I have a complaint. How do I reach you? 

A: We're genuinely sorry if something went wrong! Email admin@freelanty.com and we'll resolve it as quickly as possible.

A: Click on the "Account" icon beside the "Search" icon in the top of our website and follow the prompts. It takes less than a minute!

Q: I forgot my password. What do I do? 

A: Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, and we'll email you a reset link. 

Q: How do you use my personal information? 

A: We only use your information to process orders and improve your experience. We never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details. 

Q: How do I unsubscribe from emails?

A: Click "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of any promotional email. You'll still receive important order updates!
